Kim Clancy has over 12 years experience providing personalized and tailored recruitment and placement services. She began her career in Human Resources and in-house recruiting and then segued into Law, bringing a wealth of experience gleaned from over 10 years in paralegal services and case management. She began legal recruiting for a large regional recruiting firm where she received Top Recruiter/Production Awards every quarter from 1999-2001. In 2002 Kim co-founded The Resource Corner, LLC with former colleagues. After more than 8 years of primarily placing legal, in addition to HR, IT, Marketing and Finance/Accounting professionals, Kim founded HOP, LLC (Hampton O’Bannon Partners) to expand upon her core values and recruit locally, nationally and internationally.

Kim places staff in law firms from records clerks, attorneys, marketing, IT/litigation tech support to finance professionals. For in-house (in corporations) she places administrative assistants to directors (compliance/regulatory, immigration and contracts).

Kim is a California Accredited Consultant certified by, and a member of, California Staffing Professionals (CSP). She has been on the Advisory Committee to SF State’s ABA-accredited Paralegal Program since 2002 and participates in various panels for the program. She is a member of and occasional speaker for the Palo Alto Legal Secretaries Association (PALSA). Kim has participated in and sponsored the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Bay Area Chapter since 2008. She regularly speaks at HR/employment and legal industry events and is frequently tapped for her knowledge and expertise, which includes expert witness testimony.

Passionate about sustainability, Kim maintains an eco-conscious organization and is diligent about minimizing carbon footprints. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology (Criminal Justice, Human Behavior & Public Planning).

Merideth Cox

Merideth Cox is an Affiliate Recruiter with Hampton O'Bannon Partners (HOP, LLC). Merideth has been working in recruiting/staffing since shortly after she graduated from Salve Regina University (Newport, Rhode Island) with a BA in Psychology. For five years, Merideth worked as a generalist recruiter for a large, regional staffing firm where she placed temporary and direct hire staff and won many awards for top sales and Employee of the Quarter. Merideth has worked as an independent contract recruiter since 2002 for staffing agencies, and on-site at corporations such as Draft FCB (advertising) and Organic (tech). In 2009, Merideth became a certified ESL instructor and currently integrates teaching with her recruiting career. She is also pursuing a Masters in Counseling at the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco.
